How my journey began
I spent the entirety of my first three years of college overweight and unhappy. By the end of the summer before senior year I decided I needed to make a change. Losing 80lbs in that year changed my life forever. How did I do it? No gimmicks, no pills, just a commitment to myself to make a change and I stuck to it each and every day. In the last three years I’ve gained/lost 45lbs with my first pregnancy and am currently getting back in the groove and finding my new strength after another 45lb gain with my second. This is my current stage and I wouldn’t change it for the world.
I want to dedicate my life to helping women find a balance in their life. Whether you’re starting a new wellness journey on day 1, getting married, having a baby or in any other stage…life can be super stressful and putting ourselves first can feel impossible at times. I get it. I’ve been there. I am there. I’m a mom of two young children and finding time for myself is the last thing on my mind some days.
Spending 10+ years in the health and fitness industry has taught me a lot…some good, some bad. I want to take what I’ve learned and help you create the life you want through movement, nutrition* and mindset.
